Paramarthika-Alocana Sammilani

Srila Prabhupada saw that there was a need for the discussion of spiritual topics in the Gaudiya Math. Thus, Srila Prabhupada organized an eight-day long conference from Friday 24th October 1930- to Saturday 1st November 1930.

He gave the responsibility of finance to his three associates :

  1. Sri Atulchandra Bandyopadhyay (Bhakti Sarang Goswami, Bhakti Sastri)
  2. Sri Nishikant Sannyal (Bhakti Sudhakar, Bhaktisastri)
  3. Sri Kunjabihari Vidyabhushan (Acaryatrik, Bhagavat-ratna)

The topics discussed are given below :

  1. Sambandha—The form of gaining knowledge in regards to spiritual knowledge and material knowledge, instruments for doing so, conclusions, synthesis, and concepts
  2. Sambandha – Knowing the self, knowing the spiritual truths, knowing about spiritual associates, knowing about that which is not the self, analysis on that which is potency and that which is impotent, and identifying the constitutional position
  3. Sambandha – Understanding the object of worship and the worshiper, realized knowledge about that which is real and unreal.
  4. Abhidheya – Various efforts in spiritual practice in the worldly path and determination of their position (acting according to one’s own wish, karma, jnana, yoga, Tapasya, and normal bhakti)
  5. Abhidheya—the different types of bhajan.
  6. Abhidheya – the true form of bhakti.
  7. Prayojana – truths of the goal of spiritual practice and establishing the spiritual goal
  8. The synthesis of Sambandha, Abhidheya, and Prayojana truths indirectly
  9. The synthesis of Sambandha, Abhidheya, and Prayojana truths through direct, systematic means

London Gaudiya Mission Society :

In order to spread Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu’s message all over the world, a conference was organized in London, entitled “London Gaudiya Mission Society” under the supervision of Lord Jetland. Although Srila Prabhupada was not physically present, he sent a telegram to Lord Jetland and gave great enthusiasm in regards to this matter. Srila Bhakti Pradip Tirtha Goswami Maharaj and Sri Bhakti Hridoy Bon Goswami Maharaj were present at the event. The purpose of the event was to make the European nations favorable to Sriman Mahaprabhu’s message.

Sri Vraja-Dhama Pracharini Sabha :

Srila Prabhupada re-established the Sri Vraja-Dhama Pracarini Sabha on 9th October 1935. The goal of the organization was to re-discover lost holy places in Vrindavan, renovate the places of the spiritual practice of the Goswamis, renovate the places visited by the Lotus feet of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, etc. Through this organization, Srila Prabhupada achieved the following works:

  1. Construction of Srila Bhaktivinode Thakur’s Puspa Samadhi called Sri Vraja Svananda Sukhada Kunja on the banks of Sri Radha Kunda.
  2. Construction of Sri Kunjabihari Math on the banks of Sri Radha Kunda.
  3. Renovation of parts of the old Sesa-Sayi temple where Sri Gaura had visited; establishment of Sri Gosthavihari Math there.
  4. Establishment of the Gaudiya Math office at Mathura.
  5. Establishment of Sri Krishna Chaitanya Math at Sridham Vrindavan’s Kishoripura located near Seva-Kunj.

In this way, Srila Prabhupada had many works completed through this assembly.

Anukula-krsnanusilana-Agara :

The object of worship of the Gaudiya Vaisnavas is Krsna and He is known as “Anukulla Krsna.” His Anukulaa is Sri Radha. Therefore, Srila Prabhupada established the
“Anukula-Krsn-Anusilana-Agara” at Srivas Angana on 12th February 1936 in order to show the glories of Sri Radha. Another name of this place was the Thakur Bhaktivinode Research Institute. Srila Prabhupada spoke about favorably traversing the path towards Sri Krishna.

Daiva-Varnasrama Sangha :

This assembly took place in the presence of Srila Prabhupada at Sri Bhakti Vijay Bhavan in Sri Chaitanya Math on 12th February 1936. The purpose of the assembly was to make the Vaisnava society aware of the Daiva-Varnasrama dharma concept; in other words, to practice service to Krishna within the construct of external Varnashrama.
